0 Oracle RAC management 1: srvctl and crsctl

 

we can use srvctl to manage, maintain and check the RAC related services, such as Instance, Database, Listener and ASM .

crsctl is the command use to manage the Oracle Clusterware.

 

Check RAC related service status.

srvctl status -d DATABASE_UNIQUE_NAME
srvctl status nodeapps
srvctl status diskgroup -g DISKGROUP_NAME -a
srvctl status listener
srvctl status asm

Use config option can configure the related service.However, if we don’t provide any parameters, it would show the detail for the service.

srvctl config -d DATABASE_UNIQUE_NAME
srvctl config nodeapps
srvctl config listener
srvctl config asm

 

check the RAC database status

check the disk group

check listener status

check asm status

image

Use crsctl manage cluster resource

 

crsctl status resource -t
crsctl status server
crsctl check cluster
crsctl check crs
crsctl query css vtedisk
crsctl querry crs activeversion
crsctl query crs releaseversion
crsctl query crs softwareversion

crsctl status resource ora.rac1.db

-v provide the runtime information

-f provide the detail configuration.

Check the server status

Check the cluster status

image

Check the CRS( Cluster Ready Status)  status.

Check the CSS( Cluster Synchronization Services) voting disk

Check Oracle Clusterware version

Check Oracle high availability server version

image

Check Oracle Clusterware version on the node
