Configure the target for the OEM cloud control database
The OEM cloud control is using oralce database as repository however the repository is configured for monitoring by OEM.
unlock the dbsnmp account within the Oracle database
alter user dbsnmp account unlock;
alter user dbsnmp identified by "XXX";
Add the database to the monitor target through the OMS
